Maintenance and support
The technical and engineering support of the MS Group Solution&Networking team operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year with replacement devices and parts, remote support service and intervention in the field that allows our customers minimal deadlock in business.. Depending on the complexity of the system and the needs of clients, we offer different levels of support:
system protection, hardware repair, software malfunctions, device replacement (desktop and laptop computers, printers, servers...), and system and network administration.

LAN and WAN networks
We offer our clients the services of designing, configuring, and maintaining LAN networks.
For users who have offices in different locations, we provide the possibility of connecting with VPN tunnels as well as access to local resources from remote locations.
Per request, we analyze devices in the system, by detecting "bottlenecks" and we find devices that violate security in the system. Also, we evaluate the state of the network and offer a solution for upgrading the existing network, replacing devices, and standardizing equipment.
Wi-Fi networks
The MS Group Solution&Networking team provides a complete turnkey Wi-Fi network solution based on the client's needs and requests. With many years of experience in engineering, professional tools, and software, we provide analysis of the current state of the network, a project for creating a new or upgrading an existing network, device assembly service, equipment configuration, and system release into work, and the possibility of network maintenance.


IP telephony
We can offer IP services for small and medium-sized companies. Upgrading the existing network with a router that has a license for telephony does not require large investments, and it makes communication between employees and clients easier for companies. We offer our clients the possibility to buy or rent equipment as a service.

Support for EOL devices

With minimal response time, the client receives a replacement part or device at the previosly agreed location. Aside from spare parts and components, we also provide clients on-site support.
